Welcome to our beautiful agriturismo in Le Marche

The Mollinari Family would like to welcome you to 'Santa Lucia dei Sibillini' which is a family run agriturismo perched on a hill top, near the picturesque village of Montefortino. It is set in a peaceful location in the le Marche region of Italy offering breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains and the seemingly endless fields and hills of rural Italy.  The agriturismo is located a short distance from the Sibillini National Park offering hiking trails, horse riding, lakes for swimming and canoeing and lots of other outdoor activities.  The beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno is nearby and is steeped in historical arcitecture and a must-see for anyone visiting southern Le Marche.

Experience B&B, or full board 'Italian style' in the farmhouse or stay in one of the two recently restored apartments which are situated in the grounds nearby.
Take time to enjoy the renowned italian 'Dolce Vita', in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Taste some of the home produced specialities in the restaurant, typical of Le Marche which use the freshest of ingredients and sample local wines of this region in Italy.

Restoring the original farm house

During the restoration of the old farmhouse we strove to ensure that all the best architectural features were retained. Where possible the original wooden beams were kept, old stonework was cleaned up and terracotta tiles re-used. All rooms have modern bathrooms and the apartments also include up-to-date kitchens and modern appliances.

The facilities at our agriturismo

Our garden is a great place to relax and enjoy the rural Le Marche scenery and the Sibillini Mountains. In the grounds there is a playground for children and a small football pitch. It's a safe place for children to explore with plenty of space to run around.

For guests at our restaurant there are outdoor tables with umbrellas on our terrace overlooking the grounds.
